Deep knowledge of welding procedures and standards in the areas of thin stainless sheet GTAW, GMAW, SMAW and Seam Welding required. Experience in expansion bellow manufacturing advantageous. Knowledge of Shearing, Sheet rolling, tube forming operations desired. Exposure to pressure testing procedures along with NDT knowledge of RT and LPT preferred. Working knowledge related to maintenance of welding machines, testing fixtures, tube forming rollers a bonus. Proven research and development work performed in implementing improvements in sheet metal forming, fitting, and welding operations an advantage. |

Experience in Pressure Vessel Design Required. Specific Knowledge of EJMA expansion joint design standards will be advantageous. Fabrication knowledge of sheet metal work, pipe fittings, flanges, fasteners welcome. Exposure to Finite Element Analysis and 3D modeling welcome. Familiarity with Pressure Vessel testing a bonus. Strong knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals in the area of Design preferred. |

Knowledge and experience in using measuring instruments for taking dimensions of sheet metal components. Exposure to Non Destructive tests in the areas of Radiography, Liquid Penetrant, Helium leak examination. Familiarity with Hydrostatic, Pneumatic and Air Jet leak pressure testing techniques. Work experience in expansion bellow manufacturing a bonus. Good Academic credentials welcome. |
